Facility rental of the Wendell Woman’s Clubhouse is the main source of income for the club which is then used to sponsor other community projects. If you would like to inquire about renting our facility for your next function, call 919.365.7273.
A nominal rental fee of $200 per day is charged to cover the cost of maintenance and insurance. A security deposit of $150 is required and will be returned to the renter as long as the facility is left clean and in good condition. Tables, chairs, and a podium are available for use at no charge but must be stored properly at the close of each event. All do's and don't are listed inside the building posted on the refrigerator.
